International Container Terminal Services Inc. (ICTSI), a major global port operator, is pushing ahead with its South Luzon Container Terminal (SLCT) initiative — a US$800 million investment aimed at expanding container handling capacity in the Philippines. Commercial operations are expected to begin by 2028.
